We are using an enquiry based order system where the user makes an enquiry through online (website). This order will be acknowledged by Angel Starch & Food Pvt Ltdand further with payment confirmation, we will ship your products within 7 days. If you give us an incorrect delivery address/contact number and a parcel is returned to us or undelivered because of that incorrect address we reserve the right to charge additional postage to cover the re-sending of your parcel to the correct address. 

We try our best to deliver your product well before the delivery date.

Normally you will get your order within 7 – 15 days. In some cases it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility.

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time ( Before Dispatch )of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. Post the dispatch of orders we don’t accept cancellation and its non refundable. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.
